We use this information to answer your questions, send you what you asked for, and follow up about our products and potential partnerships. Our legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We do not photograph you personally and we do not record sensitive information. Contact: ops@phanofi.com.
We keep your details for as long as you remain an active contact. If we have had no meaningful contact with you for 3 years, no reply, meeting, download, enquiry or order, we delete your record automatically. We review our contact list every 12 months. Images of your business card and badge are deleted within 30 days once the details are in our system. If you become a customer, your data moves to our customer records, which we keep for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete you at any time.
Our teams, and the IT providers who host our systems: Streamlit and Clickup. We never sell your data or pass it on for anyone else's marketing.
This policy has been reviewed and formally approved by Hitesh Kumar Sahoo, CEO. It will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains relevant, effective, and aligned with our corporate values and sustainability commitments.
